What you receive at each stage
  1. 01What success looks like, written down: use, budget range, timeline, constraints.
  2. 02Survey, services, access, orientation and regulatory context.
  3. 03Design options: massing and layouts.
  4. 04Options tested for fit, cost and, where relevant, indicative revenue.
  5. 05Architecture, structure, detailing and estimates developed together.
  6. 06Every option checked for structure, buildability, material use, lifecycle and cost.
  7. 07Statutory submissions prepared and managed. Decisions rest with the authority.
  8. 08Materials specified and sourced; engineered timber from our own facilities where suitable.
  9. 09Programme, site set-up, build, quality monitoring and reporting.
  10. 10Milestones, documents, photos and open actions, through the customer portal or structured reports.
  11. 11As-built documentation, manuals and a defined maintenance request process.
  12. 12Submit maintenance requests and follow the resolution status of each one.
Statutory authorities decide approvals; we prepare, submit and manage. No permission or approval is guaranteed.

We identify which services we provide directly and which depend on external consultants, statutory authorities, contractors or partners.

Progress you do not have to chase.

Milestones, documents, photos and open actions are shared through the customer portal as it becomes available, and through structured reports in the meantime.
