In your workspace

Four things you can do there.

Follow your project

Milestones and documents shared with your account. Homeowners can review project invoices; partners follow assigned design work and revisions.

Ask for aftercare

Submit maintenance, snag or warranty enquiries from Project care. The team reviews the request and posts a response in your workspace.

Keep a useful record

Handover documents, product details and maintenance records stay together. Upload photos through your project documents and mention them in your request.

Share feedback or a referral

Tell us about your project experience, or ask about referring someone to NESCA. Obtain permission before sharing another person’s contact details.

Project enquiry
Good to know

Before you submit a request.

Coverage, access and safety.

Does submitting a request confirm warranty coverage?

No. Coverage depends on your contract and the issue reported. The team reviews the project information before confirming the next step. A submitted request does not book a visit or authorize paid work.

Who can see my project information?

Your account is linked to projects assigned by Nesca. Customers and partners see documents shared with their role and their own care requests. Authorized Nesca staff manage delivery and support.

What if the issue may be unsafe?

Avoid the affected area and contact the responsible site professional or local emergency service when necessary. Online requests are reviewed by the team and are not an emergency response service.
