Your enquiries
When you submit the project form, Nesca stores your name, email, optional phone number, location, project type, message and available referral/campaign information so its team can review and respond to your enquiry. Submission is separate from any marketing consent.
The AI concierge
The concierge sends your messages to OpenAI to generate answers. Successful conversations are saved for the Nesca team to review and support enquiries. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in chat. AI answers can be inaccurate; the team should confirm project-specific advice, quotations and technical details.
Your browser keeps the current chat in session storage, which you can clear with the reset button in the chat. Resetting the chat clears the browser copy; contact Nesca if you also want the saved conversation removed.
Voice conversations
Voice starts only when you select it and allow microphone access. Audio is sent to OpenAI to understand your speech and generate spoken replies. Nesca saves the conversation transcript, duration and AI summary for enquiry support; this app does not store raw audio recordings. Muting pauses your microphone, and ending or closing the call stops it. Calls are limited to ten minutes.
Your project workspace
The secure portal stores project briefs, designs, photos, approvals, estimates, payment records and account activity. Access depends on your assigned role and project. Online payment details are handled by the configured payment provider; Nesca does not store card details. AI price estimates use published market references and any verified comparable project costs, with assumptions shown for review.
Essential storage
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Browser session storage preserves referral/campaign information for the current browsing session. The separate administration portal uses a secure session cookie for authorised team members. Request identifiers are used to limit abuse of forms and the chatbot.
