Four disciplines, one coordinated team.

What we produce, in order.

Each stage produces a defined deliverable that feeds the next. Nobody re-draws what the previous team already resolved.

Three drawing stagesConcept · Planning set · Working drawings
What “design” actually produces at each stage, and why each set is drawn differently.

Approvals, certifications, engineering sign-off and statutory submissions are subject to the relevant jurisdiction, professional authorisations and the agreed project scope.

Same stages. Fewer handovers.

We bring design, engineering, detailing and estimation into one workflow. By clarifying requirements early, managing revisions centrally and tracking milestones, we aim to cut unnecessary handovers and help you progress with confidence.

Parallel work reduces avoidable waiting. It does not remove necessary design reviews, statutory approvals or authority processing times.

Four markets. Four ways of documenting a building.

Codes, drawing conventions and approval paths differ. Our teams are organised around each market, not around a single template.

Technology that keeps the work moving.

Our systems hold one version of the project and nudge the right person at the right time. People make every technical decision.

Project systemsOne version of the project
  1. Centralised project information
  2. Automated task reminders and follow-ups
  3. Workflow and milestone tracking
  4. Revision and document management
  5. Structured project reporting
  6. Information consistency checks
  7. Customer-facing progress visibility, where available
We describe only systems that are implemented or committed for delivery. Qualified professionals remain responsible for technical decisions, engineering review and approved deliverables.

Questions we hear often.

Do you replace our architect or engineer?

No. We work alongside your local architects, engineers, certifiers and builders, taking on the design, engineering support, detailing and estimating scope you agree with us.

Who signs off the drawings?

Regulated functions such as statutory approvals and engineering certification are carried out by appropriately registered professionals in the relevant jurisdiction, within the agreed project scope.

What do you need to start?

A brief, any existing plans or survey information, the site location and your timeline. We confirm scope and deliverables in writing before work begins.

Can you work in our drawing standards?

Yes. We set up each project to your templates, layers, naming and revision conventions where you have them.

Need a design and engineering partner?

Scope and deliverables are set out clearly before we start. Tell us about the project and we will come back with a proposal.
