Local workflow and documentation

Projects follow local authority submission requirements and the National Building Code of India, with state and municipal variations handled per project. Documentation is produced in the units, formats and sheet conventions your consultants and authorities expect.

How we collaborate

Where a project needs licensed professionals for statutory submissions or structural certification, we coordinate with the appropriately registered architect or engineer, either from your team or ours, within the agreed scope.

Design to manufacturing

The international delivery model

For Indian projects, the international model works in reverse: if your project specifies engineered timber systems, our Design Studio prepares the framing package that our manufacturing teams produce in Telangana. The Andhra Pradesh export hub is in development.

Can you deliver the whole project, not just drawings?

Yes. Our Construction & Turnkey division delivers projects end to end in India, with the Design Studio providing the technical documentation.

Do you handle municipal approvals?

We prepare and manage submissions. Approvals are decided by the authority and are not guaranteed.

Which cities do you work in?

Our hubs are Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad; we take on projects across India subject to scope.
