Local workflow and documentation

Documentation follows the applicable IRC/IBC edition and local amendments, with the engineer of record and licensed architect responsible for code compliance, review and sealing. We do not claim licences or compliance credentials we do not hold.

Are you licensed in the US?

We do not hold US professional licences. Licensed US architects and engineers remain responsible for sealed documents; we provide support within that structure.

What time zones do you work in?

Our teams are set up to overlap with US working hours for reviews and coordination calls.
