What it is and how it is made.
- What it is
- Prefabricated timber wall panels: studs, plates, noggings, lintels and bracing assembled in the factory to the shop drawing, delivered as labelled panels or as flat-pack kits.
- Where it is used
- Detached and attached housing, townhouses, low-rise multi-residential and light commercial timber-framed buildings.
- Designed
- From your architectural and structural documentation. Openings, point loads, bracing and service penetrations are coordinated with the roof and floor systems in one model.
- Manufactured
- Members are cut to production files, assembled in jigs, checked for dimension and squareness, and labelled by wall reference and elevation.
- Packed and delivered
- Panels are bundled by elevation and load sequence, protected for transport and, for export, containerised with a packing list keyed to the layout.
- Connects to
- Our roof trusses and floor cassettes land directly on the frames, with tie-down and bracing continuity documented in the framing package.
Flat-pack framing kits
For builders who prefer to assemble on site, the same framing package is supplied as pre-cut, labelled members with layout drawings and a packing list, bundled by wall and elevation.
